          光氧催化設備技術原理:采用185nm波段和253.7nm波段共同作用,采用紫外線光管在處理裝置內產生C波段(185nm波段)紫外線,該波段紫外線對裝置內廢氣中的水汽、氧氣照射產生大量的羥基自由基,羥基自由基(OH)因其有的氧化電位(2.80EV),其氧化能力極強,可與大多數有機污染物發生快速的鏈式反應,無選擇性地將有害物質氧化成CO2、H2O或礦物鹽,采用紫外線光管在處理裝置內產生C波段(253.7nm波段)紫外線,破壞、裂解有機物分子鏈,改變物質結構,將大分子物質裂解、氧化成為低分子物質或無害物質,如水和二氧化碳等.在C波段紫外線作用下,低于1000PPM大分子有機廢氣,只需0.5s廢氣中有機物可裂解、氧化成CO2和H2O.

Under the action of C-band ultraviolet radiation, organic waste gases of less than 1000 PPM molecules can be cracked and oxidized into CO2 and H2O in only 0.5 s.
